We just stayed there in February! The drive is LONG as very tiresome. I don’t know why you wouldn’t stop for at least a night in Hana (and specifically Travaasa) once you get there.

Are the Sea Cottages really 16 and older? They let us have a room there with our two year old with no questions asked. Of course that also meant we could use the bigger pool, and the hot tub as well.

We got the banana bread, and it was quite good. It’s no wonder why you see so much of it in the area there are SO MANY bananas!

Great review! I have been hearing alot about recently – and it is definitely on my list! (Though since Hawaii is a bit far– I was actually looking at their Austin location.)

This looks like a perfect family destination. The bikes would be our thing! Funny, as we had visited Hawaii a few times prior to kids. Now we just need to get the kids there sometime. I love all of the islands, but there is something special about Maui.
